Simply look at a candidate’s profile and send an ‘interview bid’. Begin with a reasonable number, negotiate it and find out what salary candidates would actually agree to. Candidates can accept, reject or counter your bids. An interview will only be set up once a bid is accepted.

Remaining accepted interview bids will expire automatically after 120 days. You don’t need to worry about rejection letters or any follow-up communication.
