An interview bid is an employer’s quote for an annual salary range, one that they feel matches your qualifications and their budget. There is no obligation to any bid until a hiring decision is made. Whether you get a new bid or a response to yours, you can accept, reject or negotiate any bid until you reach a number you are comfortable with, for a job you really want.

Final negotiations can be conducted off-line or at the Whitsy website. If no offer arrives within 120 days of the interview, the bid will expire automatically.
If you decide to accept the formal offer, you are hired. All other bids will expire automatically. If you decide to keep looking, simply reject the formal offer and the bid will expire automatically.
